On The State Level

Government's purpose has been subverted and the law turned into a system of plunder which picks winners and losers rather than providing equal treatment.

Missouri's economic opportunity and the People's liberty has been eroded by:

Tax credits
Tiffs
Private use eminent domain
State guaranteed monopolies through onerous and partisan licensing requirements
Bermudans regulations
Bureaucratic intrusion

Historians call these things "Mercantilism" (aka rent-seeking, crony capitalism, legal plunder, etc.). They destroy a society just as sure as socialism does.

Attacks from the Federal Level A federal government over-stepping it's authority on the national level.

NEWS: Draft Ed Martin for Governor PAC Begins to Solicit Contributions - First Donation from famed property rights advocate, Homer Tourkakis.

On November 25 the Draft Ed Martin for Governor PAC began accepting donations. They are promising that 100% of the donations will either go to Ed's gubernatorial campaign, or 100% will be refunded to the donors if Ed decides not to run for governor. (There is zero overhead.) Because of Ethics Commission rules about refunds, all donations must be $20 or larger.
